How do I return an item
We offer a 15-day return policy. If you’d like to return an item, simply send it back to the following address: V3Sellers, [Insert Your Return Address Here]. Please include your order details inside the package to help us process your return quickly and accurately.

If I’m not happy with a product, how do I return an item for a full refund
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to return it. We will provide a full refund for the value of the item as long as it is returned within 15 days of receiving it and in original, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you received free delivery on your order, your refund will be issued minus a £6.00 postage fee to cover the original shipping.

What do I do if I have been sent the wrong item
Every order is packed and double-checked by our team, but if you happen to receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@v3sellers.com. Do not open the package. Leave the parcel in the same condition it arrived and either return it to us by post or wait for our courier to collect it. As soon as the issue is confirmed, we will send you the correct item promptly.

We are unable to send out a replacement if the packaging has been opened, so please verify the contents before unsealing anything.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the item and packaging in the exact condition it was delivered. Send the images to us by email. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned. If so, we will arrange courier pickup at no extra charge. If you are unable to provide proof of the damage, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
